The top background shows all the observations and questions asked of four different companies Agents. The post-its board is a final alignment of agent problems, workflow, and functionality requirements. I then made User profiles and told user stories in workflow diagram and comic book format using Illustrator. Sketching ideas is fast and leads to lo-fi wireframe + prototypes and detailed explanation of functionality and user requirement. Finally, detailed pixel markups helped a smooth path through the build process, before I got into the pixel-pushing in CSS, to get everything just so.
