Zeacom Agent Workflow research

My Initial work on Zeacom's Agent Desktop started with looking at the Agents who used the product.

At the time the product was intensly coder driven, that is to say that the software was being designed and written by the people who had created and developed it from it's inception in the early 90's.

Functionality was being added whenever someone made something cool in C++.

This document was an attempt to talk with the devs about how our target audience could benefit by using our product in their workflow during the course of their working day.
